How long does it take to get started?
Send us your athlete list and your club is ready within 24 business hours. If you prefer to do it yourself, importing the file takes a few minutes.
Everything is in a spreadsheet. What happens to it?
We bring it in. Import your Excel or CSV file, or paste the table: columns are recognised, duplicates are flagged and nobody is contacted while you import.
Does it work for my sport?
Yes. It works for soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming, martial arts and any sport with groups and training sessions, from a one-group academy to a club with several venues.
Do families have to install anything?
No. They sign in from their phone browser with their email and see their charges and the schedule. It is free for them and has no ads.
Where does the fee money go?
Straight to your account. Families pay to your bank account or instant transfer key, and Elevation Sport never touches that money.
What if I'm not good with technology?
If you can use your phone to chat, you can use it. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, we set up your club with your data, and a real person answers when you need help.
How do you look after children's data?
Each club sees only its own data and each family only its own children. Medical data is seen only by those with permission, and the sign-up form asks for data consent.
